Walkthrough

For realtors and listing assistants · macOS

Upload listing photos in the right order.

A camera names photos in the order it shot them, not the order a buyer should see the house. Sort a whole shoot visually, group photos by room, and export numbered filenames that upload the way you meant.

01 / Sort

See the whole shoot at once.

Open the folder and every photo is there. Select photos and press G to group them by room. Drag photos between rooms, or reorder the rooms themselves. The filenames follow the order you set.

02 / Repeat

Set an order that works every time.

Save a template with your rooms already in order and apply it to the next shoot with one key. Or name your own groups for a house that doesn’t fit the usual pattern.

03 / Share

Get the whole team naming files the same way.

Export your tags, presets, and orders to a settings file and send it to the team. They import it once, choosing Merge or Replace, and everyone’s filenames match.

Stay with the photos

A workflow for your keyboard.

Press ⌘K to open a centered command palette. Jump to a room, assign photos, apply a preset, or choose Change Group Name to rename the selected photo’s group. For example, Garage to Outside Garage. Use G to group photos and ⌥⌘← / ⌥⌘→ to adjust their order without dragging.

Your jobs resume from this Mac’s private library. There are no sidecar job files to manage, and no account or cloud service is required.

Your workflow, your defaults

Set it up once. Keep it consistent.

Build reusable tags, filename presets, and ordered templates in Settings. The illustrated guide explains every section, each naming building block, and the choices in export review.

Sort exported files by name before selecting them for upload. Check the final photo order in the MLS or website after uploading.

One folder to a finished listing

Sort it once. Upload it in order.

Review every filename before anything is written. Photos are never re-encoded and nothing is overwritten, so the JPGs you deliver are the ones the camera made. Everything happens locally on your Mac. See what’s changed in the release notes, available here and from Help or Settings in the app.
